Topped with one dozen homemade buckeye candies, The Original Buckeye Cake* is made to resemble Ohio’s favorite treat. Inside, you will find a perfect balance of deliciously creamy peanut butter and chocolate chip frosting set in between three moist layers of peanut butter cake. We are proud to have local fourth generation Chocolatier, Eagle Family Candy Company, making the incredible buckeyes that top this masterpiece.

The Original Buckeye Cake is a proprietary recipe carefully prepared by Deb Messner, author of Cooking Ahead of Thyme & Thyme For Fresh. The cake is entirely original and homemade — from the cake batter to the frosting. Despite the fact that the cake takes hours to prepare, it is an affordable treat that will make any occasion more special. The cake was created in 2005 and thousands were sold through 2015. Now 20 years later we are making it available again!

Quantities are limited on a weekly basis, so get your orders in early for special occasions and holidays.
